How we think about trust
We avoid fake ratings, fake social proof, ad-first layouts, and abusive positioning. The product should be useful because it is clear, honest, and focused.
How the service works
PoofMail's current web app requests a generated address and a browser-held read token from the API. Inbox reads require that token; messages are receive-only, bounded, sanitized, and temporary. Research and corrections
We document product behavior from the current web and service contracts, distinguish observed behavior from general guidance, and prefer primary or authoritative sources for claims about email security and privacy. Report a factual error through the contact page.
